“I've renewed a number of times with Autonational and so far the service has been excellent. I would have awarded five stars were it not for level of communication with the sales staff when renewing the policy. The staff tend to come across as bored and disinterested. Everything is perfunctuary, no sense of making you feel welcome or acknowledging that you've chosen Autonational as a service above others. A bit more warmth and attention towards returning and would be customers would be appreciated.Thanks!”
