“Excellent telephone service but your app has been off line for my three previous attempts to renew our cover so not impressed with this at all. It’s unacceptable to waste your customers time like this. Wake up and smell the coffee before you loose your business. I will not use you again if this happens next year.”

“In some 25 or almost 30 years I only had to call Auto National once. This was due to an error by the Ford agent who should have picked my car from home after I found it with a broken front spring after some repair at their place. I was so impressed that your local man in the area of North Doncaster was at my door within some 25 minutes. This was some 5 or 6 years ago, Well Done.”
