“Excellent courteous response from Tina. Have been trying to do this renewal since the first e mail before Xmas but each time a message said the system was down. Then last Saturday I rang and was informed someone would ring me back but no one ever did. However, all is well that ends well and I am now sorted.”

“When you try to renew online its a different price, same every year. So you have to renew over the phone on an 0345 number, so you either pay more, or pay for the phone call.”
