“used to work as an independent recovery operator with this company, my personal view was this was the best one for what I needed, Hence why joined the Total super service, but never thought would need them. Having lack of power going up the hill outside Fort William heading south from a holiday, with my new then previous car, we struggled to Crianlarich, before calling Auto national rescue, when they asked where we were, we had to spell the name, but within an hour an independent gentleman turned up, there was no available fix for the car, so we were recovered back home with trailer from Scotland. today we rang to renew, again the lady was polite and friendly, explained everything clearly, fingers are crossed we never need to use, but pleased have this in case we do. .”
