“When I telephoned your Company to renew my breakdown cover, your staff member Samuel was very polite and conversant with the information I required. I telephoned purposely to renew as I had gone "on line" but was the price was dearer that quoted in the renewal email I received. Everything was handled efficiently and easily.”

“WE ARE NOT VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE ON LINE RENEWAL SYSTEM, THE REMINDERS WE RECEIVED CONFIRMED THE RENEWAL PREMIUM WAS £15.93 BUT WHEN WE FOLLOWED THE ON LINE PROCEDURE THE RENEWAL PREMIUM CAME UP AS £40. I PHONED TO QUERY THIS AND ON MY FIRST CALL I WAS TOLD SOME ONE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, AFTER QUITE A WHILE NO ONE HAD SO I CALLED AGAIN AND SPOKE TO ONE OF YOUR OPERATORS, I EXPLAINED MY QUERY AND WAS TOLD THAT THE RENEWAL PREMIUM COULD ONLY BE £15.93 IF I DID IT OVER THE PHONE ! IF I HAD FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS ON EMAIL AND RENEWED ON LINE I WOULD HAVE LOST ALMOST £25 !!. THE REASON I WAS GIVEN WAS THAT THE ON LINE FACILITY WAS BEING UPDATED, IF THIS IS THE CASE PERHAPS THIS PRICE DIFFERENTIAL NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT. REGARDS, JOHN & ELIZABETH HARDING.”
