“I recently needed to claim on my policy due to a road traffic accident some miles away from my home address. Initially it was explained that due to the distance I would need to be (so called) leapfrogged to my home address. The staff worked very hard to minimise the disruption to our onward journey and I am very grateful for their effort in this matter.”

“Tried to renew via internet. the cost was £20 more than that quoted for my renewal .Used the phone and got the quoted price from my email. The operator said there was a problem with the computer system. I doubt that. However the operator as very helpful and polite”
