“I purchased total breakdown cover for 2 cars on 29th March. Payment was taken but I received no notification or confirmation. When chasing this up it appeared there was a technical issue during payment which meant that although I was covered my policy had not been generated. Samuel in customer services quickly rectified the problem and I have just received my documents by email, thank you”

“Had to use Auto National breakdown call out 3 times over the last 2 years. Each time has been really helpful, friendly and fast. Staff on the call out number and those who respond to the call out, have been fantastic. Quick response times and excellent service. This is now my 8 year as a member of their full recovery service. Staff on the enquiry & renewal numbers have also been great, always helpful & professional.”
