“We've used them for many years without problems or issues and up to 4 cars (now 2) and today's renewal call handler (Alfie) was exceptionally professional and helpful so a 10 out of 10 for him even though my overall rating for the company is good rather than very good because I never rate companies at the top of any range even when, as now, I am unable to point to any meaningful faults.”
