“I had not received a renewal notice and it was within a week of the expiry date on my breakdown policy. I rang to renew as there was a difference between the cost per the email I received and the cost per the web-site, I was dealt with quickly, politely and professionally. Everything was satisfactorily arranged without any fuss.”
