“I have renewed my cover today with Autonational Rescue. I usually renew online but I changed my car mid term of the policy and therefore I needed to change the vehicle details. When I came to renew online I noticed a discrepancy with my vehicle details that I hadn't noticed before so I contacted Autonational by phone to inform them about it. The adviser I dealt with was patient, helpful and efficient. The matter was resolved in no time at all and she even allowed me to renew whilst on the phone. Great service. I have been a customer for several years but fortunately I haven't needed to use the breakdown service as yet so I cannot comment on the efficiency of the breakdown service itself. I must say though I consider it to be a great price for the services offered.”
