“I had my card declined twice in quick succession by the previous person I spoke to when I tried to renew my policy (there was no reason it should have been declined from my end). The lady suggested I contact my card supplier to look into the matter which I did. My card supplier said nothing wrong go back to Autonational and try again. I went back again to Autonational and the person I spoke to was very helpful, empathic and willing to look into it for me and it was third time lucky it went through.”
