“I fortunately haven't needed their service very much over the years. But when I have a mechanic has always turned up fairly promptly, and either got me on the road again or got me and my car to where I need. I've never had any unnecessary correspondence from them, or them trying to sell me'other' services. They are also very good and polite with their reminders that the policy is due for renewal, and I feel their costs are reasonable and compare favourably with the competition.”
