“The customer service is responsive (I was answered within 60 seconds), helpful with my change of address and there was no fuss with my renewal of policy. If only all customer service was as good as this. I've only had to use the service 2 or 3 times in 10 years but it was as good if not better than any of the leading breakdown services, and more reasonably priced too.”

“I have a comprehensive cover for breakdown and find the price to be very competitive. The only issue I have is when renewing it each year I am quoted one price by email and then when I log onto my account and try to renew online it gives me a more expensive price. This results in me having to call and pay over the phone. It was very quick and efficient however and done at the price I was originally quoted so I was very pleased.”
