“Apart from the fault on the website when I went to renew that put up the price by almost half again, the phone service was excellent. What a pleasure to get straight through to a human who knew exactly what to do. Danella was very efficient with a sense of humour. I am most impressed with the speed of answering of customer service and also not trying to raise the premium above market value. . If only my car insurance provider could have done similar, they wouldn't have lost me as a customer today.”
