“Called today to renew my policy, have been with Auto National for many years now. The price quoted in the renewal letter was different to that on the renewal section on the website hence the reason for the call. Telephone answered really quickly (by Claire) and she explained that the price on the website was actually for new customers, not renewals. When asked if I could renew my policy there and then, Claire proceeded to take all my details and my policy was renewed. The whole transaction was quick and efficient, customer service was excellent.”
