Lauren, is a credit to your organisation. Very helpful and efficient, even when the computer crashed!! A pleasure to talk to and helped me to choose Auto National for myself and my wife.

Always ready when our old car fell ill however, with our new car we have chosen to stay loyal. Renewal was done with no problems at all over the phone.

I spoke to a young Lady about my Autonational renewal and I would like to applaud the service I receive from Daniella, and hope she receives the due recognition she deserves for her service to me. I asked for documentation for the renewal sent to me, as I could save it in the car in the event of a breakdown,she said that documentation is normally sent via Email, but in my case would send it by post to me. Thanks Daniella. She is a credit to your company and I hope my commending of her is brought to her attention Regards Graham Mann

Unfortunately I was unable to arrange this online as it would not accept the vehicle registration. I phoned and spoke with a lady called Tina who was very helpful and arranged the policy for us. Documents sent straight through via email. Excellent service, many thanks
