“I spoke to a young Lady about my Autonational renewal and I would like to applaud the service I receive from Daniella, and hope she receives the due recognition she deserves for her service to me. I asked for documentation for the renewal sent to me, as I could save it in the car in the event of a breakdown,she said that documentation is normally sent via Email, but in my case would send it by post to me. Thanks Daniella. She is a credit to your company and I hope my commending of her is brought to her attention Regards Graham Mann”
