“The customer service is responsive (I was answered within 60 seconds), helpful with my change of address and there was no fuss with my renewal of policy. If only all customer service was as good as this. I've only had to use the service 2 or 3 times in 10 years but it was as good if not better than any of the leading breakdown services, and more reasonably priced too.”

If you simply want breakdown recovery from a local recovery agent to a anywhere in the UK this is a good choice The representative was helpful when I phoned and the policy easy to set up. There was also no big price increase on renewal. For most drivers breakdowns are very rare - so Autonational Rescue is an ideal cost effective solution to ensure you are never left stranded”
