“Generally been very pleased with overall service, with the exception of a call out on the twentieth anniversary of taking out my policy, to be advised that, because it was the date of taking out policy, was not covered for two weeks! After explaining multiple times that it wasn’t the date of joining but the date of renewal, twentieth renewal at that and a mere coincidence was I allowed an attendance. Clearly a junior/new member of staff and from being furious at the time could see the funny side (months later) and happy enough to further renew based on previous experiences.”
