“Antonya was very helpful in dealing with my query. She was very happy to repeat things I didn’t understand and made sure it was alright before going ahead. The corresponding emails were received almost immediately after my telephone call. When explaining that I’d rang two weeks ago and had not received a promised call back, she apologised and although she couldn’t explain why it wasn’t dealt with like she had done, I found her very pleasant to talk too.”
