“Jessica was very helpful when I phoned with a query about my renewal, which she was able to answer immediately. She also handled my renewal efficiently, and in a friendly manner. I have used Auto national for about 18 years now, and have only had one breakdown, an accident, in fact, to me rather than the car, at a motorway sevices, rendering me incapable of driving. They were so helpful, and arranged a tow-truck to take the car back home, with me sitting beside the driver in the truck. He even lifted me into the passenger seat, as I could not use either hand to grab on to anything. I was 300 miles from home, and really appreciated how it was all handled.”
