While it is easy to leave a good review when things go to plan, the true measure of a company's Customer Service is when there is a problem. In this respect AutoBeam's service shined.
Unfortunately I experienced an issue which was not of AutoBeams making. While my order was processed and dispatched promptly, the order was never delivered. Following the requisite period, I escalated my concerns to AutoBeam's Customer Service via their FB page, and within 24hrs, they reverted and processed a full refund.
