It is absolutely ridiculous that in this day and age your customers cannot contact you via a phone number or email to ask urgent questions or make urgent yet simple ammendments to orders. Using FB Messenger and having to wait a day or two is not acceptable. We won't be purchasing from you again on this basis alone, regardless of the items purchased. Stop hiding behind keyboards and the decency and balls to talk to your customers.”

After 2 weeks still awaiting for my product,
Initially they had sent out the wrong bulb type for my vehicle....
After persistently messaging them on Facebook messenger (very professional) also the only way to contact them, They sent out my new bulbs
These supposedly were posted a week agoo from Scotland to London, I've had donkeys do that journey in less time....be prepared if there's anything wrong with your items....God help you as they won't. Waste of 300quid”
“Product failed within the two year warranty period but there is no way other than social media to contact them. I do not use social media. Their website does not allow returns outside the 30 day window even when the product is under warranty.”
“Customer service is non existent, once you make an order you’re left on your own. The “live chat” takes days if not weeks between responses so I’m not sure how then can call it that.”
