“The staff were very efficient in contacting me to arrange the initial paperwork and at every point after that. They were incredibly friendly on the phone, which made the situation (post accident) so much easier. The delivery and collection was quick and problem free and I was notified when the drivers were close, so that I didn't need to wait in for them beforehand.”

“Firstly I take into account all the hassle involved in sorting out an accident that wasn't my fault. Then I consider what I had to do after Auxillis became involved. Actually, bar driving my car to the repair centre I had next to nothing to do, Auxillis did it all. And they kept me informed every step of the way. It was all easily done and stress free. All thanks to Auxillis and their proactive approach. Many thanks Auxillis.”
