“Very disappointed, i spoke with them on 24 December for a replacement car ,i really need that car.I understand the Christmas period and i call them Monday 27 and they told me someone will call me for arrange, nothing happens till evening and i call them back and they told tomorrow (28 December ) someone call me ,next day nothing happens, i call them back and same story (someone call me next day(29 December).No one call me yesterday and i call them today because really need a car for new year because i go away,when i call them same story someone will call me ASAP. Very disappointed, this company Auxillis make the days hard. 0 star from me ,they lying people.”

“I have never left a review before but the service from Auxillis was so good I felt I should. Really knowledgable claims team could answer all my questions about the contracts. Car arrived the next day and all the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and courteous, and did what they said they would do when they said they’d do it (e.g. calling aback with an answer). Thank you to everyone involved in keeping us on the road!”

“Car delivered two days late. Staff were rude and blaming each other. When I left negative feedback with my insurer, they put a claim in for damage. Avoid if possible. If your insurer mentions Auxillis, request another provider. Unprofessional and fraudulent.”

“Our car was damaged by a rear end shunt, we had a no fault claim approved and Auxillus was selected to cover this. Our hire car was ready for collection, we were kept up to date with the repairs with regular emails, the repairs were done to an excellent standard and we gave been notified that all cost have been recovered from the third party, excellentvsef ice crom Auxillis ... well done 👏🙂👍”

“Excellent service from Auxillis. Prompt delivery of our hire car in just a few hours and all clean and tidy and ready to go. Lovely chap who delivered it and explained all the paperwork. brilliant communication from head office to keep us informed of progress and extend our hire period when needed and prompt and courteous collection at the end of the hire. Highly recommendable !!”
