I purchased a non standard sized, fully glazed uVPC single door, I made some upgrades to it and it was delivered on time with no issues.”
“I am really happy with my new doors. I ordered them on line and I was informed they would take two weeks to make and deliver. I was kept updated when I received the technical drawings and delivery date. The doors arrived on the due date and the delivery crew even took them round the back of my property rather than leaving them on my driveway. Installing the doors was really easy using their online installation guide. The doors themselves are really well made and look stunning in my new garden cabin. Finally I thought the price was very competitive. I have need for further doors later in the year and will def be using AWM.”
“Great service, very efficient delivery and a really helpful driver. The products arrived in good condition with accurate paperwork. I knew I was buying a basic product, it was what I could afford, so I will describe the product as basic, but plenty good enough. I am pleased as punch with the product. A word of caution, the difference between the windows top frame binding on the sliding door, and being so loose the door suddenly drops out, is millimetres. I think there needs to be an emphasis in the excellent fitting instruction on this point. One of those windows dropping out is very dangerous. Perhaps a ‘T’ shaped top slider? So that if the top frame is screwed too tight the sliding door still cannot drop out? Do not be put off by this point, any competent fitter will leave a safe, good product. This budget product, however, will attract the diy customer, there is my concern.”
“Fantastic Customer service, This is the second time of ordering and can't fault them, had a query whilst placing my order so called them and they made it so easy, delivered when promised and kept informed throughout the whole process, we had one cracked pane of glass on delivery and before i could even pick up the phone to let them know I had an email and txt message stating that the driver had reported the damaged glass and a replacement has already been ordered and is on the way. Would 100% recommend this company.”

“No issues with the ordering online and no issues with the window as expected, but as only needed one window we decided to collect the issue was on arrival at the company not knowing where to go then when directed to collection point spoke to several people nobody seemed to be able to help was left hanging about for a long time, feel this needs to be improved.”
