I have been messaging them, both on FB and Whatsapp - no response only seen. I have paid $80 usd but did not get any response. I have also raised a ticket via zendesk with ticket number 18234, still no one from this website has answered.

I have placed an order, but upon paying, there was an issue where the registration page did not appear, so I have still been unable to get my boost started. I tried contacting them through email, facebook, and whatsapp, but they have ignored me. I even saw that my message was read with the blue checks on whatsapp, but they did not respond. I sent images of my receipt of paying in my email. I have not heard from them. I am going to have to file chargeback with my bank if I do not hear from them for another 24 hours. This is very unacceptable. Zero communication from them. Never using this service again.

Ordered last week and it got cancelled 3 times, customer support hasn't gotten back to me in over 5 days, the guy ran it down a couple times and then cancelled the order. I would give a higher review if they get back to me and fix this.

I paid for placement service, you took a long time, and my account ended with a lower rank than I had reached, for me it was a waste of time and money, being that you supposedly guaranteed good results when the range is less than 3500.

Hello. During the payment process you chose that your account rank was in diamond range (3000-3499) before reset. After placements you got 3473 rank which is only 27 SR far from to be placed in Master League and almost highest possible if you were diamond in previous season, as you stated on the purchase. If you had a better rank before the reset then you had to choose 3500-3999 range on the purchase which is an option with higher price. There is a soft rank reset in a new season and MMR of every player got decrease. We believe that 3473 SR after placements (if your previous rank was in range of 3000-3499 as you stated) is really good result. However, we're sorry that we fell short of your expectations and will try to do better next time.

I ordered a 300 SR boost. That was ten hours ago. No booster has even claimed my order yet.

We are really sorry that such situation has occured. It was during the end of the season, thus we had a very few of free boosters available due to a huge spike of orders amount. We will be more prepared next time :)
