Won't honor their return policy. Claimed new equipment was used. I bought a pair shoes tried them on in the house and they didn't fit now they are claiming they are used. They wouldn't even provided pictures of the wear marks they claim are present. I checked store credit b/c I planned on buying a different pair. Will not be using this company again for any of my outdoor gear needs.

Overall Backcountry offers a great selection of products and brands and has very helpful customer service. Ben, my Summit Gearhead, is awesome and gets me extra discounts on full price items. Love Backcountry and would recommend! Happy repeat customer!

I placed an order, and very quickly realized I used the wrong Credit Card and also forgot something. Jumped on online chat and "Jane A" sorted me out in less time than it took for me to make the wrong order. Great customer support.
