“The tour itself was nice and the staff on the Camira were all friendly but I don't like the sneakiness of this tour. The main attraction is the Hill Inlet lookout and the day before the tour they wrote that due to the tide, we wouldn't be able to visit this. I didn't even notice this writing and my boyfriend had to point it out. By the time we noticed the tour company was closed. We called at night and they said due to the tide this boat wouldn't be able to visit all week but they had another tour available that could go the following day. We said we needed some time to figure it out as we only had one day available to do this tour. When we got to our accommodation they informed us all other boats could get to this location and when we went to call back to cancel they were already closed. We tried calling again in the morning and the very rude staff told us we had no alternatives and that we needed 48 hours to cancel. What made me upset is the tide schedule is known well before and they only informed us we couldn't go to the main site the day before in the nonrefundable zone. When we joined the tour the crew didn't even mention this site and that we wouldn't be able to visit. When we talked to other people they had no idea and thought the lookout on Whitehaven Beach was the Hill Inlet and said they were thinking it looked different but didn't question it. I would suggest doing a different tour where you are guaranteed to visit the main site.”
“Great experience! Saw so many incredible animals and you could feel the staff’s excitement as well. Great and kind staff and you can tell that the operators are putting the well-being of the wildlife above anything else which is super important and what you want to support as a tourist.”
“The Great Ocean Road tour was really nice. The driver was young and funny. Views are amazing. For Lunch we stopped at Apollo Bay and we could choose were we buy our lunch.”

She is very accommodating, lively, friendly, and most of all very patient (because we got late to one of our destination)”
“Absolutely terrible service on the website it clearly states 10% cash back on your tour, upon booking a tour at over $3000 dollars we where then informed it was a 10% off voucher and then when trying to use this voucher we where then informed that you had to spend over $500 to redeem this voucher! Telephone staff very rude and not helpful even agreed with the wording the website use is miss leading! Would not use this company at all go elsewhere!!”
