“I was a little disappointed with the service. The bus did not have a socket to charge the cell phone, being a tourist bus should expect people to need to charge their phones. For example, I travelled by bus from Sydney to Canberra with conventional companies and even the bus replacing the train (which was having a problem at the time) had a way to charge my cell phone.
I believe the service was expensive for not having all the necessary facilities.”

“The trip was great. I saw wild koalas, an echidna and lots of amazing birdlife on French Island. The trip to Philip Island saw lots of wallabies and the little penguins.
All of the trip team were lovely, very helpful and knowledgeable.
Only negative is that the dietary requirements that were submitted weren't followed. There was good food to eat but I felt very bad having to leave some of the food that had been prepared for us.”
