“My fiancé purchased me a necklace for Valentine’s Day. It happened to be the wrong necklace so we tried to exchange. For WEEKS we received zero feedback or email regarding an address to return the item to. On the website Bagatiba said they will only issue store credit if the item is received back within 7 days. There was no way to send back the product when we were not getting any emails back from the company!!!! The communication with this brand is absolutely awful. Do not recommend buying from this company.”
“Beware of this company. False advertising. Refuse to refund even for faulty items or items not as advertised. No regard at all for customer satisfaction. They will keep your money. They refuse to speak to customers over the phone. They told me they are too small of a company to speak to their customers! Avoid at all costs.”
“I ordered several necklaces totaling about $280 last May, and by July all of them had fallen apart. I took them off before every shower and before exercising, and was super careful with them. Either the clasps broke or the charms broke on all of them despite my care. Wouldn't purchase again.”
