"I made a purchase from this particular website which turned out to be a bad purchase. I purchased a mobile phone device which upon arrival appeared to be defective. It wasn't charging. No matter how many hours I left the mobile phone charging, it showed no indication of charging and no indication of operation. I spoke directly to Banggood customer service staff opening a ticket and the process ticked for days until the ticket was automatically closed without any help. Now I have opened another ticket and they have started telling me the same things they said to me in the first ticket before it was closed. The first ticket was closed because their last reply was: \"we will update for you as soon as possible, please wait patiently\" and I was just waiting... As you can see, the company in question has bad service and is fooling the customer by giving them fake hopes that he will answer him soon and this never happens until days pass and the ticket is automatically closed."

“Die bestellte West war viel zu klein. Laut Angaben fehlen in der Breite 12cm! Daher für mich unbrauchbar. Es wurde aufgrund meiner Reklamation nachgefragt, meine Antworten aber ignoriert. Letztendlich wurde mir ein Nachlass von 15% auf die nächste Lieferung angeboten. Ich lehnte das ab. Dann wurde das Ticket geschlossen (weil ich angeblich nicht geantwortet habe). The ordered west was much too small. According to information missing in width 12cm! Therefore useless for me. It was asked because of my complaint, but my answers were ignored. Eventually I was offered a 15% discount on the next shipment. I declined. Then the ticket was closed (because I supposedly didn't reply).”

“Everything is fine with the product. But, when sending the package, the sender did not specify my phone number, the package got lost in Lithuania and returned to Banggood. Had to re-order the adapter and again the same thing with the phone instruction. 😒 It's good that I already looked for my parcel myself and indicated my phone number, the parcel with the product appeared at my place. I wanted to order a Banggood mini computer for €600, but I'm afraid to order because it might not reach me either. 🤔”

“SPEDIZIONE: Come sempre Banggood è veloce rispetto ad altri ed è tracciabile. CONFEZIONE: Scatoletta di cartone in grado di proteggere bene l'articolo, all'interno si trova l'SDR in metallo, su di un lato i 5 connettori SMA e dall'altro la porta USB per la connessione al PC, nella confezione troviamo anche il relativo cavetto USB. VALUTAZIONE: Come qualsiasi apparato radio, una buona antenna è indispensabile, ovviamente in questo caso dato che si riceve su diverse bande radio, servono più antenne, oppure un'antenna a larga banda come la discone, mentre per le gamme basse LW, MW, SW è preferibile un'antenna specifica, può andar bene una filare, o un'antenna attiva, di queste ultime se ne trovano anche su Banggood, costano poco e sono molto sensibili. La copertura di questo ricevitore va dai 10KHz fino a ben 1 GHz in tutti i modi di modulazione AM, FM, SSB, ecc. In fase di ricezione ho ascoltato delle stazioni spurie cioè che trasmettono su altra frequenza, forse dovuto all'elevato guadagno dei circuiti di front-end del RSP1, quindi serve prestare attenzione con il cursore del guadagno evitando di non esagerare. SOFTWARE: Adatto per Windows, Linux, Mac, Android. Io ho installato SDRuno su Windows, ottimo e molto ben fatto, sicuramente molto intuitivo e dall'aspetto professionale, sinceramente dovrò approfondire di più perché dispone di ogni tipo di regolazione possibile, ma per questo in rete ho trovato il manuale sia in lingua Inglese che in Italiano con ben 153 pagine. Questo software ha già preimpostate tutte le gamme Broadcast e quelle dei Radioamatori, ma si può anche spaziare liberamente quindi molto interessante per chi si dedica al radioascolto come SWL e BCL. Il Software permette anche di memorizzare i canali e di avviare la registrazione, queste due funzioni sono utili per fornire dei rapporti di ascolto. COSTO: Davvero economico per un ricevitore di questo tipo. CONSIDERAZIONI: Piacevole e divertente per ascoltare di tutto e di più ad un costo davvero alla portata di tutti. Facile da riporre dopo l'utilizzo, è più piccolo di un pacchetto di sigarette. Ci sarebbe ancora molto da dire, ma la cosa migliore è provarlo.”

“Totally awfull shop. I'm making a lot of orders from Europe warehouse. But they totally doesn't respect customer. They can't ship order 2 weeks. And customer support just have 1 answer wait 48hours you will receive mail about that, but you didn't receive anything. And going to write again, and you hear the same again wait 48 hours. Then one of the order i receive. It was chair, box was totally damaged, and gaming chair had 7 holes in leather. Open the case wait for 2 weeks till they replay and they offer to me 800points :D and start to ignore me in that case which i open in banggood page, so i decide open that in bank charge back. Never buy here again. They do not have any respect to customer. Also they remove negative feedback in reviews. They doesn't approve negative reviews so all of the order reviews are approved only the 4-5 stars reviews. Look to dates in pictures. Always lie from CS and they even can't ship order for a 3 weeks and cancel it.”
