I was nervous going in but I was put at ease rather quickly. The people I have spoken with are very understanding and helpful.

I am a senior and I was very fearful of the procedure , as I have never had to do this before . I found the whole thing very simple really and well handled by my trustee

Obviously when anyone is in this type of situation we are nervous, scared and feeling down on ourselves. I would have to say that I have had great help with this whole process and that they have been nothing friendly and accommodating in every way. Having good support is what we need when we are learning how to manage our finances properly and learn to do better than we have always done.

My experiance so far with Bankruptcy has been good. I was devistated when I realized it was my only option at the time that I claimed. All staff have been very supportive and understanding to my needs and my case.

We went over gaining my credit back Also for applying for the Affirm Credit Card. I would of liked her to help me apply for it while at the meeting asibwill need help to apply.

All of my questions were answered. I was treated with respect. Everyone was very kind. Everything was explained to me fully, and ensured that I understood, and was not overwhelmed. I am very grateful for the compassionate and professional management of my bankruptcy, during a very stressful time.

Services are good I guess? Not sure how all this works really, have to fill papers out, learn to budget much better. Have back injury, trying to work more but limited to what I can do. Still find myself broke, asking for advances at work. I need to work harder on my end.

the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me some good advice. I needed some questions answered about bankrupsty as a senior with limited income & credit card debit

My overall experience was satisfactory. Some answers which I expected were not given to me until I had to specifically ask for them.

The trustees were very nice and organized. They made every effort to help set up the process and explain it to me. what I find difficult are 2 points. One, the net income celing doesn't adequately cover what a family needs to survive, and 2 there is no provision for circumstances other than the irresponsible accumulation of debt. My situation as I know many people's are was due to my husband running off and abandoning us and refusing to pay for the mortgage or any support so we lost our home. Therefore the credit card couselling is in a case like this not relevant.

I've had an issue with estate managers either not responding, being really slow (1 week+) to respond or not really reading my question and sending back an unhelpful cookie cutter response. I've also been confused as to WHO is my estate manager or if there is even one specific one for my case, as I get e-mails on different topics from different people within the organization and that can be a bit disorienting because I easily lose track of who needs to respond what information.

I was happy with the information I received. At the time of the initial call my cordless phone was dying. We tried to get all relevant information across to each other before it died. I had several questions after thinking for a while after our call ended and have not been able to get a hold of 'Jane' since our first call over a week ago. I wish to declare bankruptcy but have not had my phone call messages returned.
