“I ordered a banner on March 10th and paid extra for three-day service. I received the proof approval email on March 11th and promptly approved it, however, I then realized that your email said the banner would not even ship until March 17th! It would not even arrive until the trade show we are attending would be over!
What is the point of offering three day service if you are going to spend 6 days printing the banner? And why do your shipping options not account for the time to print the item and include an expected delivery date?
I had to buy another banner from another company and your banner will undoubtedly end up in the trash at the hotel because they will get it after we check out. So I'd say our experience with Banners.com SUCKED. We have used you before but we will never use you again and will advise others not to do so also.”

“We ordered multiple banners over several orders. In each case their website gives you an “estimated arrival date” when you decide which shipping you will need. Our banners were SHIPPED on the “arrival” date and came days after our event. We noticed the problem days in advance and called. They refused to update shipping to a faster method or refund our order. Instead they made us make a new order and “only pay 50%”. Our event was only two days away so we felt we had no choice. When we showed them proof of their website giving “arrival dates” after the customers service rep said that is was not on their website, they still refused to refund us on either order. Their resolution for our $2000+ problem? A $75 website credit off a new order. Sad.”
“I do not recommend this company. They cannot reproduce your hi res file without it being blurry. Taylor Squires, the customer service rep, will not answer questions in order to rectify the issue. I looked up reviews after the fact and find that many others have the same problems. Don't go there.”
“We were pressed for time attempting to get a banner for our event. We decided to go with banners.com. That was probably the worst decision and experience of the entire planning process. I personally spoke with 2-3 different representatives who were all very pleasant. I spoke to the reps over a period of a few days and ended up ordering the banner based on the proof. The proof looked amazing and was exactly what we needed. The problems began when the banner arrived. The banner arrived damaged and in the wrong color. Our company colors are royal blue and deep grey, I made this very clear to the reps. During the process of ordering the banner, I sent the hex color codes. We were extremely clear that the colors needed to be as close as possible. The banner we received was blue and lavender, it was also ripped in several places. The box was crushed in the middle and falling apart. We were unable to use the banner, so immediately we sent it back with the delivery company. Shortly after sending it with the driver, I called banners.com to inform them. The CSR Chris was very surprised and helpful. He forwarded me to his boss, Carter. Carter's attitude is best described as sour. He tried to "scold" me for sending it back without taking pictures. I explained to him the interaction happened very fast and I didn't think to pull my camera out. We immediately saw the box and asked the driver to wait for a second in case he needed to take it back. He couldn't wait very long, so we hurried and gave it back to him. As I said before the box was crushed, the design was LAVENDER, and the banner itself had 3-5 medium holes in the MIDDLE of the banner. We were so disappointed we just sent it back. Once I informed my boss that Carter basically said "oh well nothing I can do", my boss disputed the charges on her card. We waited a week and called back, as the funds still have not been refunded. First I spoke to another CSR who again was pleasant and then I spoke to Carter again, who was just as helpful as the holes in the banner were. He offered store credit of $400+, or half of what we paid back. I informed him, neither was an option as we'd paid full price and would like the full price back. He offered to transfer me to another director, and I accepted. I then spoke to Paul. I am not sure if this company is filled with condescending "upper management" or if it was just my lucky day. Paul was just as helpful as Carter, not helpful at all. If you want to be yelled at, and talked over paul is your guy! Please save yourselves and order from Vistaprint, this was a nightmare.”
“Not only did you NOT refund my money, but this card I only used this time was charged 140.00 for Match
Com. I have reported fraud and reported it to the authorities. Again this card I used once in 9 months and then mysteriously was charged 140.00 after I cancelled my order. FRAUDS!! DONT DO BUSINESS!!”
“Awful. They don’t stand behind their product! Shipped out banners which were very obviously completely different color tone. They “offered” a reprint at half the cost but still don’t guarantee their work. Don’t use them!!”
“They provided the worst quality piece I have ever seen! Completed pixilated even though I submitted a professional high res image. When I questioned the quality, they told me to back up until it looked clear! They refused a refund and only offered a reprint of the same thing if I paid more money! I would highly advise against this company. They should not be in business!”
