“Website was very easy to use and make changes until I was happy with the product. I have ordered several times from banners on the cheap and I have been very happy with all my previous purchases! Thank you!”

“I had my retractable banner with the premium stand in my cart and was waiting for the tax exemption to be applied. I called and they confirmed the order and when I went to pay for the banner suddenly the premium stand was out of stock, even though it was still on my order. When I called back as I was on the phone with the agent she put me on hold and had the items in my cart changed. I asked to speak with a supervisor and after asking 3 times I was transferred to Rachel. I was told they don't know when they will be back in stock. I don't think it was very professional that the items in my cart were changed, they actually changed them twice while I was on the phone (first they added the upgraded grey background and then removed it.”
