“Be better if the person that called and said he was going to follow up on the previous calls about becoming an Enterprise or Business customer would call back, 3rd person to call and offer us more services and additional benefits but not one has ever called back. Sad customer service”

“PLEASE be sure that my order ships out the next day, as specified in the "EXPRESS" shipping description. My last order was NEVER shipped, and I was forced to buy banners locally at almost 3 times the cost. I have used BOTC before with good results. Please assure me that my disastrous order situation last time was a fluke.”
