“My order got stuck between the orders and the production for 12 days and I was not notified. I finally called and had to cancel the old order and completely redo the order. This set me back since I was now almost 2 weeks behind when I thought I was going to be receiving the order. I rated the review GOOD because the pricing is good, but the process is often times less than desired. and this isn't the only time this has happened to me so its not an isolated event.”
