“Fortunately, I received an email from Banners, that I may have a resolution problem. cancel previous order. Your customer representative explained the issue to me. (Chanelle?) As it turns out, I had selected the wrong dimensions for the banner. She assisted me with cancelling the first order, and I was able to make the correction and place a new order. I continue to be impressed with the fantastic customer service provided by Banners on the Cheap. wish more companies were as good as you are at helping your customers.... and at a great price as well.”
