“My first attempt with Banners on the cheap was a failure on my end. Why am I giving a Very Good rating? Because they stopped my order to let me know the image would not scale and look terrible on the flag. Professionals! They were able to cancel the order and give me time to find a better quality image and even made a few recommendations on image file types. THANK YOU!”
