“Have been a satisfied customer for multiple years using the floor banners. However extremely disappointed with the tabletop banners. Ordered 2 tabletops that worked for 10 weeks. Then both jammed during the Christmas season. Because I called at the 16-week mark (delay due to the holiday season combined with health issues - my fault), they refused to replace the banners because the warranty is limited to 12 weeks. While I understand I should have contacted the company as soon as both products failed, I am extremely disappointed that they only stand by their tabletop products to work for a max of 12 weeks. The price was good, but sadly the quality was not.”
