22) between 11am and 12noon I was served with an extraodrinarily polite, professional, above and beyond (uc needed something that was nearly impossible "here and now"), soothing, encouraging and uplifting service from Miss Charlotte in Hastings Branch, there was a lady who directed me to Charlotte and this lady was also exceptionally kind which mattered all the more after difficult experiences especially of last 2 weeks, unrelated to Barclays.
