“It was very easy to do online shopping, price was very reasonable.
The only problem was with the delivery. I paid to have it delivered, we did get an email of estimated delivery, but it was not accurate. Nobody rang or text to say it was coming that day and we ended up having to pick it up, this was a bed so very heavy and hard to get in the car. They were not at all helpful and didn't even offer to help with the heavy parcel. I work for Australia Post and there's always a text saying they are com8ng that day.”
