“Whilst the purchasing procedure went well we are very dissatisfied with the quality of the garden seat we had purchased. My husband had to drill holes because the existing holes didn't match up for the bolts. In addition some edges are very sharp and rough. It was too difficult to return as he had already commenced assembly. Very disappointed”

“I really liked the style of bunk that I purchased, the delivery time was very fast. The product it’s self is very cheap wood, when I was putting up the bunk and the pieces together there was cracked wood roughly about 3 pieces, also the ladder on the stairs is cracked not happy with the quality as it came damaged.”

“Bargain online might be ok but there courier service is terrible it’s been 2 weeks since I ordered and my mattress has still not be delivered so not very happy at all. The courier do not answer their phone at all”
