“Nothing has arrived after 9 days, says its sitting in Adelaide Hunter Express for 3 days! Called them and they claim to only have half the package hence why theyare waiting. Called BO and they claim both items have been sent. Someone is lying, no solution offered or found, meanwhile daughter sleeps on the floor!”

This was a very disappointing purchase.
1) I ordered the item to be sent to a PO Box. There was nothing on the website to say it could not be delivered to a PO Box. I didn't find out until I contacted the company to enquire why the delivery was taking so long - hence a very unnecessary delay.
2) Even with an amended address the delivery took 2 weeks - not acceptable nowadays when most companies can deliver within 2-3 days, Again, there was nothing on the website to say there would be such a long delivery time.
3) When the item arrived, it was in pieces - 20 pieces of wood and 100 assorted nails, screws, nuts and bolts. There were no instructions other than a crumpled 4 page leaflet written entirely in Chinese. The pictures were impossible to follow - there was no way to distinguish which nails, screws etc were being used or even which pieces of wood as none was numbered, and I defy anyone to assemble this product - when it is so complex and has no useable instructions. There was nothing on the website to say the product would have to be assembled. I would never have purchased it had I known.
4). I tried to download a translating app on the phone to decipher the instructions, but the leaflet was so crumpled, the paper so shiny and the Chinese characters so small the phone could not read them properly, so the translated instructions were just gobbledegook.
This purchase was a complete waste of money. I am now trying to return it and get a refund.

I request a refund and get told your chasing my order….. it was half sent all con note dockets prove that and you can’t advise on where the other box is in your warehouse. What kind of company only half sends an order across 2 boxes tells the customer to have some patience and then after I get proof advises yours communicating with the courier and still don’t have answers…. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Happy to change my review when I’m told what is happening with my missing order you didn’t send but happily take my money.”
“My order was cancelled and I was advised their courier doesn’t deliver to my area. The delivery address was entered at the time of order and it was processed.
This is poor form and customer service as the order shouldn’t have been processed if they can’t deliver to the area.
Eating of zero. Will never buy from here again.”

“Purchased a dog harness and did not fit my dog. The return policy is extreme. 20% postage fee regardless of if the item was sent free or not and 10% restocking fee (30% total fee). You will need to also pay for postage back to them as well out of your own pocket. I then proceeded to buy another size harness from them and unfortunately still did not fit and need to return this as well. So a $81 purchased amount less 30% is $56.70 fee less postage back $21.20. In pocket refund will be $35.50. The free postage was not free postage at the end of return process.”
