I purchased a 8 seater out door setting for Christmas day and apon arrival it was damaged and the main lounge section can not be put together or be used due to the damage.
Contacted Bargains online and after no response to the issue i had to chase them up and call them and get told send the pictures, i did this right away and get a response stating they are looking into it and will hear back shortly (I assume within 48 hours as this is stated on the website) after 2 days of no response i had to chase the issue up again on the phone and was told it will be later next week and to email them stating i need this fixed before Christmas. I did this only to get the run around saying i might hear something after Tuesday next week!
Now the issue is Aus post Christmas parcel cut off date is Monday the 12th so there is now no hope to have the issue fixed before Christmas and will not have the outdoor dining setting to use for my Familys Christmas day lunch.
Bargains online have NO customer service and just give you the run around. After spending over $600 you would think you will get decent customer service!
This will be my first and LAST time buying or supporting this business and i recommend you to spend your money elsewhere that gives better customer service and not give you the run around!”

I accept deliveries are busy and disrupted, but I still haven't received a satisfactory answer from either Bargains Online or the courier, who have been trying to shift the blame onto each other. Would not recommend.”

“The young lady in the shop was great. However the bed was delivered today. I was home and no one bothered to knock or call. Instead the bed was left outside luckily it did not rain. I am an old woman in my 80's and there is NO way I could carry these heavy items inside. My daughter who has arthritis and is in her 60's helped me bring them in out of the rain. I knew that the delivery people would carry them up the stairs but common courtesy dictates that they could have at least knocked and put them inside.”
