The trailer was assembled within about a week so I could pick it up ready to go. The trailer was reasonably priced, exactly as advertised and looks great. It easily accommodated the load and made the trip from Sydney to Melbourne a sinch. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone looking for a robust and durable work trailer.”
“Bought a 8 x 5 Trailer. When I got home and inspected it, saw that it had a crack in a weld. I rang up their warranty helpline, filled out a form and sent in photos. I got a call from lovely helpful Wendy who sold me the trailer, who was apologetic and offered to repair or replace it. I opted for replacement which was done with no fuss after they built me a new one. Overall the trailers are of very good quality and well-priced.
My only complaint is that they do not answer questions sent on their "enquire now" button about a product.”
