“My order was cancelled and I was advised their courier doesn’t deliver to my area. The delivery address was entered at the time of order and it was processed.
This is poor form and customer service as the order shouldn’t have been processed if they can’t deliver to the area.
Eating of zero. Will never buy from here again.”
“THE COMPANY and PRODUCT are EXCELLENT. I have purchased several of the Black Eagle 52cc Brushcutters at various times for my properties. I have found these units to be great performers and excellent value compared to other 'brand name' brush cutters I've purchased over the years. It's always a pleasant surprise to open the box and find all the gear that comes with the unit that you wouldnt expect and thats not mentioned in the ad. Safety googles, good quality goves, a good tool kit, trimmer line, etc. It's also easy to put together ... takes about 10 minutes max. The communications and update emails and documentation is timely and helpful.
The product is great BUT it's only when something goes amiss that you find out how good the company and their customer service really is, or isn't. These guuys are outstanding. They are responsive, helpful with suggestions to solve a problem I had with one of the several unit's I've bought, and then replaced the item for a new one in a very timely manner. Yes, the product's great but it's the customer service I've experienced from these guys that will keep me going back. Very highly recommended.”
