Ordered leather armchair with 12 weeks lead time. Photo in review shows smooth uniform leather in good condition. Mine arrived in very poor condition. I can only assume it was either stored or transported incorrectly, or skipped the last step in waxing/treating the leather? When I requested a refund I was told this was the "natural pattern" of the leather. Anyone who looks at the photos can see the stark difference between what I ordered and what I received. Note this item costs over £1000. Made a fuss and was eventually offered a refund. Couldn't be bothered with the whole process and couldn't find another chair online to fit same dimensions so decided to keep it. Tried applying leather conditioner which seemed to help but is very expensive and time intensive as requires multiple coats - did they forget to do this before sending it to me maybe? Presume this is made to order given the lead time, so unlikely due to leather sitting around in warehosue and drying out. Totally different to the condition another leather sofa of mine arrived in. No option for me to add photos to this review. They are also unable to allow me to leave a review for the item on the item on its page, so other people trying to buy it can't see this! Would not recommend this company.

Ir was Zak & Stu who delivered our 2nd armchair this morning they are very professional and they were both extremely disappointed that it was the wrong chair. We look forward to seeing them with the chair that we ordered. 5 out of 5 for Zak and Stu.

ordered an item on April 30th but haven't received any updates on its status or delivery. After emailing for an update on the 9th day, I was told that the items are waiting to transfer to the warehouse nearest to me and DPD will handle delivery from there, with no specific date provided. Despite paying £9 for delivery, it seems like they're using a cheaper delivery method instead. And no contact from customer service at all !

We do buy a few stuff here..recent bad experience..bought corner suite had it delivered was an old used one!!!! They apologised and we had to keep till got new replacement. This took couple months. Suite looks nice.quality awful..creaked from day 1 and cushion softened within weeks..complained b4 6 months basically told natural wear n tear .very very disappointed 😞 and have to take further..customer care very poor and unhelpful.

Bought some cushions from a friendly male assistant on Friday. Had to return them today as they weren’t the right colour. Approached a female today at the till point who abruptly said “I’m busy “and could not deal with the return and instructed me to take them upstairs to find another assistant. What she was busy was busy with I’m not sure other than folding some paper. The store was empty. Not the friendly reception I was expecting.

The customer service is none existent. Went in Friday and Saturday, 19&20/21. 3 chaps in Knaresborough, on computers, perhaps working but never look up with a smile and look interested in case you wish to approach them. I fact I would say ignorant. I returned a cushion which I had purchased day before . I noticed a man walking down a pathway and as he approached I said "do you work here" and his serious face said "you can see I do from this ID label". I replied "you were not near enough for me to notice that ". In my opinion they are there very reluctantly in order to earn a living. In fact in my view any job would be too much for the above. If you want his name I have it. No thank you to BS on the above experience. Certainly change in staff from when I made couple of purchases few years ago (obvious reasons of course).

We have delivered today 8am in the morning we have been bad experience our first delivery November but the delivery man damaged our product we porchase, then was arranged for a couole of weeks to wait second delivered today this morning all they did bring inside the house without unboxing and huge furniture me and my partner end up doing it and one thing as well the put upside down so we end up turn it over all the box mess end up put in our garage they suppose to unbox it not us my partner working from home its was a proper mess. Im not happy with the services at all. But the cabinet im happy its good quality.i hope they wont do this to other customers what we experienced we pay alot of money for bad service. Staff need more training and treat customer right. Thanks.

Visited Knaresbrough shop.Looked for mattresses but no prices are show only the price for the bed head (thinking that was the price for the mattress) very confusing.If you want to know the price of a mattress you have to ask a sales person.Waited ages for a sales person only to be informed that the mattress was not in our budget.Waist of time especially as there was only two sales person on duty..Sales lady not interested..I also see on here that delivery times are appalling the coffee shop seems to get the best reviews..

Great looking products and generally good quality. Let down by constant errors in logistics, delivery and QA inspection. They are however committed to putting things right. That however doesn’t make up for the sheer inconvenience of it after the first couple of issues.
