Worst company ever. Ordered toilet, toilet unit, basin, wall hung basin unit, radiator and tap and the only thing that arrived that wasn't damaged / faulty was the tap. Appalling quality, awful customer services. Emailed in pictures of all the faulty products and had the exact same sent out to me to unpack it all and discover it was just as bad if not worse than the first delivery. Still waiting on 'after sales manager' to call me back but will be demanding a full refund. BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT SHOP AT BATHEMPIRE

Total scum. They pretended wall hung toilet and frame are in stock and sent only frame after taken whole amount through Paypal. Operator rude to say 'you have to order something else' to my partner and lied that they e-mailed me to inform that the toilet is not in stock until Aug. Useless female operator who originally had confirmed both items are ready and shipped together upset when I called the company scum but look at eBay they are still listing the item with saying 'more than 10 available' 'despatch in 1 day'. They organised courier for returning item but I have to wait 'all day' and how many times the rude male operator repeated 'we refund fully IF THE ITEM IS NOT DAMAGED'? I send the item back as is however I am quite sure they try not to refund with using any excuse. In fact they won't refund postage even it was totally their fault. Such old fashioned scum, poor company running with stealing money from customers with this way

Shockingly bad company. Would not recommend. Paid for express delivery to ensure item arrived on time. Received emails confirming goods dispatched and then told on the day of delivery that the goods weren't available for a month (or more). Total waste of my time and then they haggled over refund. Definitely one to avoid. One star is too good, but you don't get the option of no stars

We bought 3 Virginia electric thermostatic towel radiators, one small 650 x 400 and two medium 1000 x 450 to fit before Christmas. They arrived all with 100 watt thermostatic elements and were fitted by our electrician. Unfortunately they took over 4 hours to become lukewarm so weren't working properly. I called Bath Empire who told me this hadn't happened before but agreed to send me 2 new thermostatic elements only as the smallest one was heating up slightly better & they felt that that one wasn't faulty. They arrived & I had to get my electrician to come back to fit them. This time one didn't work at all & the other was the same. I called them again & they said that they'd had a bad batch & that the thermostatic elements weren't so good so they sent me some standard elements. Electrician came back & fitted them but still the same. I called again and this time they admitted that the 100 watt elements were too small for the size of the radiators. I explained that I was having to pay for every additional call out fee to my electrician to get these fitted and that I wanted to be reimbursed. I was told that should be fine, then I heard nothing more until I received an email to say that my existing 300 watt elements should work fine and no mention of the electrician cost reimbursement. I called them again to explain that I didn't have any 300 watt elements and was told that they'd send two out but that their T & C state that they do not reimburse any 3rd party costs. This was confirmed to me in an email by their so called Customer Relations department. I called the Which? Legal Helpline and a solicitor there told me that regardless of their T & C they are in breach of contract under the Sale of Goods act 1979 as the radiators as sold were not of satisfactory quality and therefore they are liable for any consequential loss which arises as a result of the breach, so I wrote to them and stated this. Customer Relations wrote back simply saying that my costs cannot be honoured as they do not cover third party costs. This means that they do not feel they have to follow current legislation and I will have to make a claim through the small claims court which will be a great inconvenience. To rub salt into the wound I now see on their website that they sell all the Virginia radiators with 300 watt elements as standard! Appalling company, we will never use them again and we will be telling everyone we know about them. Do not buy from them.

Where to start? Trying to exchange a product with this company is impossible. They delivered the wrong bath size - supplying a 1600mm bath and 1700mm bath side, as the project had been delayed because of building complications it was out of the 14 day returns policy, naively and not fully realising my consumer rights I went to B&Q to buy another bath. The hinges to secure the toilet to the floor were missing - again I went to B&Q to buy some and finally the soft close fixings for the toilet seat were missing and having rung Bath Empire it took 5 days for them to arrive. Would not recommend or use this company again! -Terrible service and significantly more expensive for me than I budgeted for. Also check out the returns policy below: •In the event that there is a problem with the goods, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. •Depending on the reason for return, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be charged. •BathEmpire.com is not responsible for any additional costs as a result of a faulty product, unless prior consent is given in writing by a member of BathEmpire.com staff. •This does not effect your statuatory rights. I recieved this on the electronic copy of the invoice that I had to request 1 month after receipt of goods
