Ordered the battery on Oct 20th, and just today received notification that the courier picked up the battery from your warehouse today, October 31st. It took 11 days just to get the battery out your doors? One of the reasons I originally chose your company was because your website advertised the fact you have two warehouses, one of them in Sydney, where we live. And that the convenience of these locations would ensure quick delivery. Not at all the case.”
