“As I have not received this order, which i ordered on Jan 23, tracking since then continues to say has been packed, now 31 Jan tracking still saying has been packed. Who long does it take to post.”

“The service provided by BatteryMate was excellent, particularly the telephone conversation to follow up the item which was delayed in the mail. However, the remote control functions poorly and I'll be mailing back next week in the hope it can be replaced.”

“I bought a laptop charger (I could not find it in the shops as they don't make them anymore; an older Mac Book Air charger) and within a few days it was delivered, such an exceptional service that I would recomend to anyone! Thanks again”

“Well since you’re hassling me to write a review, here it is: Rubbish company, don’t bother. My remote didn’t come after two weeks. I had to chase them up with two phone calls. One time I could barely hear them due to static and poor audio quality on their end. In the end I just got a refund and bought it from somewhere else. At least they can put through a refund correctly.”

“Promise of delivery within 7 business days max (far less for metro areas, which is where I live). It's been 12 days so far and only just received the Sendle notification that my purchase has been dispatched today! Emailed the support team 3 times and yet to receive so much as an acknowledgement let alone a response. Appalling customer service. I will never buy from BatteryMate again. Huge mistake. Thankfully it was only a cheap remote replacement rather than a more pricey purchase. Be warned, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! Spend your hard earned elsewhere.”

“I have been trying to return my order because the remote controls are incorrect if it is my fault I understand but I have retried to order the correct ones but just run into problems with the process of returning the wrong ones surely it could be easier for us older ones using all this new technology. I would appreciate a phone call if that is possible. During the return process I included the type of remotes that I need for an ATA Secura lift GDO 2V6 thank you Billy Cooper will send phone number when receive confirmation of review via email”

“It is timely that this review arrived today as it may save me a phonecall. My purchase was placed 19-01-25 and was packed for shipment and confirmed 20-01-25. The shipping paid was for 1 to 4 days delivery. The confirmation email contained a link to Aramex for tracking, and as yet there is no information shown on that link confirming any transportation progress and more importantly no parcel has arrived at my address. Could you please advise of the true progress of this order and the proposed arrival date of the delivered product. My contact number is 0437022152.
